The Trades and Skills Centre has established the Bruce Pearce Perseverance Award, presented annually to the RTSC student who instructors feel has overcome the greatest obstacles to complete his or her course.

The Trades and Skills Centre has established the Don Hoiun Award of Excellence, presented annually to an exceptional student who has demonstrated outstanding initiative in the workplace. This student strives for excellence and is a positive role model for others, showing incredible promise for the future.

The Trades and Skills Centre has established the Armand Martin Award of Merit, presented annually to a student who has excellent and exemplary personal management skills. These skills emphasize positive attitude, responsibility, adaptability and workplace safety.

The Regina Trades and Skills Centre offers the FHQ Developments Scholarships to deserving Indigenous students who demonstrate excellence and commitment to their training and employment.

12 to Trades - SATCC Top Student Award

Graduate from the 12 to Trades Program that has completed all three levels of the SYA (SK Youth Apprenticeship) passport before the end of their RTSC program, they sustained employment and have a promising future as becoming an indentured apprentice
